For Festive Lunches, Dinners & Party Nights of six people or more, provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days by paying a non-refundable, nontransferable booking fee of £10.00 per person which is redeemable against the cost of your meal.

Should a reduction in final numbers occur less than 7 days prior to your booking then refunds will not be available and party organisers are requested to advise their party.

For accommodation packages our normal hotel terms and conditions apply. A £50.00 per person deposit will be taken at the time of booking for Christmas and New Year’s Eve overnight packages and the balance must be paid in full by 1st December 2011.
