Is the Hotel Dog Friendly?

Yes, your four-legged friends are very welcome to visit the White Hart Royal. We do however have a few house rules. Firstly, dogs are welcome in all areas of the hotel excluding the hotel’s main restaurant. You are welcome to dine with your well behaved dog in our bar, lounge areas or outside in our courtyard.

In regards to staying with us, we do have a set few rooms in which we allow dogs to stay in, please phone us direct to book a dog friendly room on 01608 650731.

There is a small charge of £10 per dog, per stay.

 

Do you have car parking?

The hotel does not have a car park. The good news however is there is town parking right outside the hotel which is free of charge. We can not guarantee a parking space but with so many spaces around the town it shouldn’t be an issue. The busiest time can be Tuesdays between 8am and 4pm as the town has a local market which takes a lot of space.

Is the hotel a good location for walking and cycling in the Cotswolds?

The Hotel is in Moreton-in-Marsh which is located at the head of the beautiful Evenlode Valley, north of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are some fantastic walking and cycling routes around, places such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and many more. We can even supply you with a packed lunch if you have a long day of exploring planned.

 

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is officially 3pm on the day of your arrival. However, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to have it free of charge.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

 

Is there a lift in the hotel? / Accessibility – I know it’s not a question

As the building is over 300 years old we are unable to fit a lift into the hotel. However, we do have ground floor bedrooms and all our public areas are accessible on the ground floor. If you would like to book a room with us on the ground floor please call us on 01608 650731.

 

What time is breakfast served for residents?

Residential Breakfast: 6:30am to 9:30am (Weekends 7:30am to 10:00am)
